Member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

Passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

Completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

Passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.

I am a licensed contractor in the state of Georgia. (L/N 06-1544) 

Over 35 years of construction,  home building and remodeling.

10 years in commercial building maintenance.

Experienced in estate property maintenance management.

15 years experience in the instrumentation trades.

I have 35 years of repairing termite damage.
